Every project follows rigorous design methodologies, such as IBM Design Thinking and LUMA, ensuring a human centered approach. I deliver detailed Figma prototypes to stakeholders and users to validate the solution’s feasibility and refine the user experience.

I recognize that corner use cases often necessitate returning to the design loop. To mitigate delays, I establish continuous, close collaboration with the engineering team from the outset. This partnership ensures swift discussion and iteration on potential solutions, preventing scope creep and maintaining momentum through the process.
User empathy is non negotiable

I view end-user feedback as the most critical input, understanding that users may articulate pain points more easily than solutions. I employ rigorous qualitative techniques, such as the Five Whys, to uncover the underlying needs and true motivations behind their stated preferences (what they don't want). This process ensures that feedback is carefully interpreted and seamlessly stitched into the design strategy.
